Muscle/Tendon Change Classic

I think it’s amazing when you see an article or anything else on the Muscle/Tendon Change Classic that is on Bone Marrow Chi Gung. I wonder how meditation and exercise can build and strengthen muscles and nerves. Please don’t get me wrong, I know the power of the Mind, but muscle recovery, come on! And again, please don’t misunderstand and know that the Mind can do anything. But is this what was brought to China many years ago? Is this what the monks were taught to build muscle? After all, it’s called the Muscle/Tendon Change Classic.

The Muscle/Tendon Change Classic, also known as Muscle Restructure, is a series of twelve exercises performed for forty-nine repetitions each. These practices are known for their Chinese origins, especially from the Shaolin Temple, but they actually originated in India.

Bodhidharma, an Indian monk, is credited with bringing muscle/tendon flexibility to the Shaolin temple. When he arrived, Bodhidharma, he saw that the monks were not leading a healthy life and died young. Their days were full of meditation and they had unhealthy food. Then he lifted the monks and did the exercises, the muscle changes into the best bodybuilding program. Bodhidharma, is also known to have brought martial arts to China. Chinese martial arts existed long before Bodhidharma made his journey from India. If not, what was his military training?

Unlike isometrics, where you push things, push your arms and squeeze each other, muscles/tendons change the surface of the muscles against the muscles. For example, if my arms are at the sides, horizontally, from the shoulders to the elbows, and vertically from the elbows to the hands. How many of you know that there is a second phase of muscle/tendon changes? Many have heard, and some have read, that “there was” a second phase of the exercise program. It is the second phase of muscle/tendon changes that coincides with the first phase of building a large body.

In the second phase of muscle recovery, although there is still a great interest in building muscle through tension, rest is the key. Well maybe I should say, there is a different style of breathing associated with the second part of the Muscle / Tendon Change Classic. Breathing is always important, although in the first stage the breathing is “normal”, exhaling when the arms come in, exhaling when pushing out. Or, breathe in before you start to fight, breathe out while you are using energy. In the second phase this is not always the case. In the first part of the exercise form, breathing can be considered Yin Breathing, while the second part of breathing is Yang, also called “hot”, or “dragon” breathing.

The muscle/tendon conditioning classic is a time-proven exercise that can benefit anyone. These exercises can be performed by most wheelchair users. It is a program for everyone, young and old, beginners, beginners or professional fighters. A man or a woman is your body and no machine is needed, your body and very little space.
