Max Ernst (April 1891-April 1976), intellectual artist, was a German painter, sculptor, painter, and poet. One of the founders of “Dadaism” and “Surrealism,” Max enrolled at the University of Bonn in 1909, where he studied philosophy and alien psychology, which provided the tools for his art. In 1912, he turned to painting, but in 1918, after his war, he began to create his own style.
