Are you tired of being short, tired of all the jokes, if you are and you really want to be taller and gain height you can do something about it. 2. If you smoke cigarettes you should stop immediately, not just cut it out, but stop completely. Cigarettes not only interfere with your metabolism, but severely affect your growth and can really stop you from growing if you want to be taller at all. This is the last thing you need if you are trying to get taller and taller.

3. Drinking alcohol is just as bad as smoking. This can prevent you from sleeping well. It can also affect your ability to process food and can affect your hormones and your growth so if you are trying to get taller you should cut out cigarettes and alcohol completely.

4. Exercise. If you are trying to get taller one of the most important things you need to take into account to get taller is exercise. The reason why this is so important is that exercise encourages your body to produce HGH or human growth hormone as it is called. The name tells you what it does and the best exercise to do this is cardio exercise.

Cardio exercise is running, swimming and cycling. All these things can help you in your quest to get higher. Cardio exercise alone is not enough though. There are other easier exercises that you can use a lot with cardio exercises to get taller. These exercises are stretching exercises that work in many ways to help your body get the height you want.

If you are tired of being short it is not good just hope to get higher. You can’t wish yourself any higher. What you can do though is to follow the steps here to reach your goal and not be short anymore.
