An Essential Hypnosis Technique – Creating Intense Concentration
There are several reasons why focus is important in hypnosis. In this article, I just want to focus on one reason why being able to get and keep someone’s attention is so important in the hypnotic process.
In short, because hypnosis and Strong concentration and concentration, people cannot enter hypnosis without first focusing their attention. In fact, James Braid, “the father of modern hypnosis,” summed up what hypnosis is in one word, “monoideaism,” meaning. to be focused on a single idea or concept.
So in order to sleep with someone, you need to develop the ability to do so get someone’s attention and keep their attention for one or more things. We will explain in detail how to create a person’s attention in future articles on how to create hypnosis. For now, we’ll focus on how to keep your subject’s/customer’s attention once you get it.
How to Create Focus by Another Person
As a hypnotist, you want to make someone more sensitive to inner reality. You want to make a video or take a picture that is attractive in the mind of the person/customer. If you can do this well, it’s like you can create a real representation in their mind. There are three ways to do this:
1) Look closely at the details.
You can use the same technique that you would use to relax into another person to become calm and grounded in them! All you need to do is clearly describe the details of the event/experience in detail and in a fun way. I’ve included some simple exercises below to help you learn how to do this.
Ask yourself, “What would I have done / what would I have done _____ in the situation / what I experienced?” Use the information below to fill in the blanks.
- see
- smell
- to hear
- taste
- to touch
- feel (in the heart)
Once you have made a detailed list of the above, just start describing the person you are flirting with. This is a powerful and effective way of keeping a person’s attention during hypnosis.
2) Create emphasis and tone of voice.
In Part 1 of this series, I showed you how to use the tone of your voice to comfort someone. Now I’m going to show you how you can use it to get them interested in what you’re saying while you’re cheating on them.
In the old days of hypnotism, it was thought that a hypnotist had to use small tones, sounds, and tones to induce hypnosis. It worked sometimes, but it was very limited in its power.
Fortunately, in the modern world of hypnosis, we know that it is best to use the tone of your voice more effectively when hypnotizing someone. After all, you want all of the person’s energy to be absorbed into the trick, and that includes their emotions. Consider this. If you were trying to tell a friend about a great whitewater rafting experience you had, and you told it in a slurred voice, do you think they would be happy? Of course not!
Therefore, it is important that you convey your feelings and tone of voice when you are fooling someone. This is easy to do, just like you always do. Here are a few examples:
- If you want someone to feel comfortable, talk freely.
- If you want someone to be happy, speak with happy words.
- If you want to make someone happy, talk funny.
Duh, okay? Hypnosis is, after all, a to discuss between you (the impostor) and the small mind of your client/subject.
3) Use false language.
I love teaching people about hypnosis and using hypnosis. Instead, I’m planning to write in-depth and detailed articles to help you get to know them better. However, I can’t join them all here and now. So, for now, I’m just going to give you an overview of one technique in the language of hypnosis called nominalizations.
A Brief Explanation of Nominalizations
I remember when I was at school, one of my teachers was teaching us how to identify English words that were nouns. He called it the “wheelbarrow test.” Basically, he said that if you can’t put it in a wheelbarrow, it’s not a noun (person, place, or thing).
Well, you can’t put names in a wheelbarrow. Names are words that have no real meaning in themselves. That is why politicians use them a lot. A person has to search in their internal search engine to find out what the word means to them. Also, when they find the personal meaning of the word, it leads to an inner experience. And that’s what you want!
Let me give you a few examples of names off the top of my head.
Words like freedom, pride, relationship, wealth, happiness, freedom, peace, comfort, calm, depression, anxiety, wonder, wonder, wonder, good, wonder, and so on.
Therefore, in order to keep a person’s interest in hypnosis and create a positive experience in his mind, all you need to do is to load your language and descriptions with good names! Simple, right?
