Having the positions assigned to a ministerial candidate will make it possible for people to get whatever office they want. It will help people to know the skills of each person and not give the responsibility to our disrespectful MPs.

Effective performance management should be encouraged in the government. Targets are not given to newly elected ministers to achieve success for each of them over time. It is interesting how the minister in all the necessary, failed in the old ministry has been re-appointed and sent to the new ministry.
