The True Cause Of Allergies – It’s In The Liver

I was allergic and asthmatic. Allergy shots and allergy treatments from age 6 to age 16 made me the pinnacle of the universe. Inhalers and medicine were kept in every part of my life. I remember going to the emergency room one Christmas Day for an adrenaline rush. At times my asthma was life threatening.

I asked every doctor I was referred to:

“Why do dogs and cats make me relax and breathe, but they don’t make my best friend sneeze and sneeze?

When the experts failed to answer, I kept asking myself this question. Although my most important question was not answered:

If medicine gives my body what it needs, why can’t my body do the same?

Fortunately, I was too young to listen to the authorities and start researching the cause, and the cure. I started taking herbs, vitamins, and anything that gave me hope.

After many struggles with herbs, vitamins, and natural experiments I finally got lucky….

In 1977, at the age of 19 I was introduced to a doctor in Utah by an older friend who was interested in nutrition. This man was said to be a premier Biochemist, Herbalist and Healer. Hundreds of people followed the man around, and even though he was criticized by people who wanted to mock him, I talked to many people, many people who had great health benefits.

When I met “Doc” he told me:

There are three things that affect your body:

#1 Your liver is producing more histamines because it has more toxins

#2 Your thyroid is low, and this puts pressure on your liver

#3 Your adrenal glands and lungs are weak (that wasn’t surprising to me but until then I didn’t know what to do)

This made sense because:

I knew about “anti-histamines” because I took them to stop the drug response

One of my symptoms – difficulty waking up in the morning – is related to low thyroid symptoms.

My breath at that time was epinephrine – something like adrenaline

Within 3 months of herbal help they detoxed my liver, with herbs/foods to build my lungs and help my adrenals and thyroid, I was allergy and asthma free. That was 30 years ago, and I have been cough/asthma free since then.

(I say this to keep me out of jail- take your medicine until your doctor tells you otherwise, and/or if you decide to find natural remedies like I did. Doctors and many asthmatics who believe that natural cures are impossible.

The liver is supposed to process toxins and when it can’t do its job it stores them. When it stores them it also produces more histamines to protect itself. If an allergen is present the brain sends a message ;”Send some histamines! I think there is an invader!!” and the Liver continues to produce more, and you experience problems – hives, asthma, sneezing, and more.

Cleanse the Liver and maybe, like me, you will be asthma free.
