Old School New Body – The Real Deal?
MORE KNOWLEDGE about the problem of obesity and the health risks of aging and obesity, I have been looking into different diets and exercises. I recently discovered the F4x group, aka, “Old School New Body”.
HEALTH PROBLEMS
Obesity is on the rise for a variety of reasons, the most obvious being lifestyle. Our life is passive. The average American sits at a desk in front of a computer during the work day. That person comes home tired from a long trip and sits on the couch and snacks on high-calorie foods that lack nutrients and vitamins. It’s no wonder obesity is such a big problem.
One of the most requested solutions to the problems that affect their lives is a program that was developed in the middle of the 20th Century. It was recently discovered by fitness expert and fitness magazine editor, Steve Holman. Combined with his expertise he developed the F4x system for discerning people between the ages of 35 and 60.
EDUCATIONAL FEATURES OF THE PROGRAM
The program is presented in an eBook, but the basics create four basic exercises. These include squats, bench presses, bent-over rows, and deadlifts. Exercises are encouraged in varying amounts, repetitions, and sets. Combined exercises take less than 90 minutes per week. In addition, the program provides advice on how to eat the right foods. The program is divided into three parts:
1) LEAN: Most users of this protocol just use the first step and stay with it. In this phase you can lose ten to one hundred pounds. You make light changes to your exercise routine and follow the F4x LEAN Meal Plan.
2) SHAPE: Here you will increase the habit of lifting your weight and change your diet to add more protein. This way you can maintain your desired weight and add firm, lean muscle to give you a sculpted look.
3) DO IT: When you lose weight and improve your body you can progress to building. Most participants do not progress this far, however, some users prefer to increase. During this time there doesn’t seem to be much change, but there is some weight, reps, sets, and calorie intake.
Advantages:
· This 14-chapter book is well organized.
· The diet plan is similar to the Paleo Diet, natural, fast, and effective.
· No need to sign up for an exercise program. You can practice at home.
Disadvantages:
· It’s an eBook that, although good, is not my favorite type.
• There are some spelling and grammar mistakes.
THE TAKE AWAY
This “Old School New Body” protocol is the most effective plan for all purposes. I am very impressed with how fast you can safely and naturally lose weight and get your body out.
