Teen Weight Loss Plan

17 years old, 5’10 220lbs, 2 months later 180lbs and a load of confidence. After sitting at home for self conscious to go looking for help for my weight problem, so I tried to search for a plan to lose weight young children. The secret to a teenage weight loss plan is that it triggers your metabolism. Your metabolism determines how fast your body can burn fat. Being a teenager, most are active and have a high metabolism so most weight loss plans just automatically assume that and plan around that. There are worse places than, you have to eat according to your metabolism. You can’t overeat and you can’t undereat. Both result in you putting on weight. Why under eating makes you gain weight? Well, because when you are under eating you can never get that ‘full’ feeling therefore you are always hungry and it will only be a matter of time before you crack and jump in your favorite treat. That’s why a teen weight loss plan focuses so much on your metabolism.

After 3 weeks of careful eating I lost 22lbs (7lbs. a week), which made going out in public a breeze. I felt like I had more energy and I also noticed that I became a lot less self-conscious. My friends started noticing that I had lost weight which is always nice to hear. Before being on a teenage weight loss plan, talking to friends at school or out in public felt very awkward, I felt like I was constantly thinking about what they thought about my appearance.

Losing weight for me has always been a struggle and now I feel like I have it on close. My results were great, I feel great and in my eyes I look beautiful. In total I lost 40lbs which is a thrill for me to have lost in such a short period of time. My plan is to continue what I’ve been doing and lose another 10-15lbs and then start to tone my legs and lower abdomen, but for now 40lbs. in 2 months is more than enough for me!
