Here are some great abs diets and exercises to follow when trying to lose weight. Don’t expect to see any mention of crunches (yawn), jogging on the treadmill (zzz), or drinking lots of water (pfft). I’ve got better and more fun things for you.

1. Running around in a circle like a 4-year-old kid
Sound like fun? Better than jogging or doing crunches…you guessed it! What you do is turn clockwise with your arms out like an airplane wing. Do this for 10-20 spins. Remember to stop when you feel a little dizzy… not too dizzy.
This is great for losing weight and getting flat abs because it supports your Endocrine System to balance your hormones. So if you think you have a hormonal problem, spinning will fix that. When your hormones return to normal, your weight loss should be almost effortless.

2. Jump on the mini-trampoline
This has become my favorite thing to do because I’m pretty much not going to the gym today. Mini-trampoline is cheap, about $ 25. Just jump on it for a few minutes at a time whenever you have a chance. I do this when I watch TV. What could be easier? This allows me to exercise without having to devote time to it. Very well made and produced.
3. Eat eggs for breakfast
Eggs are just about the perfect breakfast option. High in protein and low in carbohydrates, they will keep you full and help prevent cravings later in the day. One key to losing weight is to start your day off right so you don’t have to burn calories until the end of the day. I always eat 3-4 scrambled eggs with half of black beans.
4. Snack on red fruit
Grapes are a great snack because it feels like you’re eating water… because grapes have a high water content. They fill you and give you strength. What more could you ask for from food?
So to help you lose weight and get flat abs, just follow the 4 rules of diet and exercise.
