To have self-esteem is a need of life and from childhood to old age. Its beginning was revealed in the smiles of mothers and babies, as it happened in the 50-year-old who just got to know his new computer..

Self-respect starts with our body. Since the mind and body are one entity, the smooth, interconnected functioning of our body and our brain chemistry provides the basis for good health.

A person with high self-esteem has these qualities:

oPerceives himself in a positive way

oI knows his own abilities, potential and limitations

oKnow that he is in control of his own life

oI have confidence and like to deal with needs and pressures in a positive and efficient manner

o Want to love and respect others

A person with low self-esteem has the following characteristics:

oIs more passive and dependent on triggers and needs

o Feel that he is not in control of his life

oIs are often followed by peer pressure

oIs pessimistic about his abilities

oTends to be shy

oTends depression and anxiety about the future

oTends will face problems in the relationship

oThere is little work on leadership

The relationship between self-esteem and mental health (e.g. depression, social anxiety, loneliness, conflict; may be an important important in understanding the self-esteem/health relationship, according to research.

Life experiences create responses for all of us.. We are capable of many emotions and all of these emotions affect how we feel about ourselves, our relationships with others the, and to the wider world. In order to create a positive emotional concept, it is important to create an awareness of who you are and that you receive recognition and understanding of your thoughts and expression. a way of thinking that respects yourself and others. This process begins by realizing that you are special, special and worthy of respect and love.

1. Set healthy goals, take exciting steps, and make meaningful achievements. Control your actions and lifestyle.

2. Make a habit of seeing the good in yourself, people, and things in life.

3. Take steps to develop skills and knowledge to a higher level.

4. Treat life as a challenge – an opportunity for personal growth, not a burden.

5. Think about positive situations, even if you are not confident. Use imagination and/or visualization.

6. Follow your ability; Do the best you can. Accept yourself as a growing, ever-changing entity that is not ‘found’ in the past or present. Know the power you have to develop in the way you choose.

7. Practice making no guarantees to yourself and to others.

8. Work to satisfy your needs in all eight areas of health.

You have the power to find balance and to be good and healthy. No matter how difficult life is, you can hear about yourself and others.
