Overweight or obese people are a real problem today. Many of my clients come to me because they have tried everything to lose weight, but have failed.
But is it really fat?

With all the doctors, nutritionists, health clubs, slimming clubs and food products available, we are still getting fatter. So why this?
There are two main reasons. Before many experts only focus on their professional area, themselves! For example, a nutritionist may focus on food. To ensure that you need to focus on the whole body.
Second, many teachings today are deceptive.

So, what do you do?

When I ask my clients these questions, they often tell me that they can dress well, play with their children, play sports, go dancing, have confidence, have respect personal, more beautiful and secure in their relationship.
Below are my top solutions to achieving your maximum weight loss. They are listed in an order that you may find useful to follow:
1. Set yourself three goals (no more) per week to put the following tips into practice.
2. Drink at least 2 liters of good water a day.
3. Contact a Metabolic Typing consultant to find out which foods are good for your biochemical identity to help you lose weight and support your journey.
4. Eat according to your Metabolic type using organic and unprocessed foods as much as possible.
5. Do not eat grains, pasteurized milk, salt and sugar.
6. Do a combination of resistance and aerobic exercise on alternate days.

7. Go to bed every night at 10-10.30 pm and sleep 8 hours a night.
8. Have time to rest every day, even if it’s just ten minutes. Meditation, Yoga and Tai Chi are great ways to relax. Working out for 30 minutes a day is possible. Please remember, TV does not relax your body, it only makes it more stressful.
9. At the end of each week, evaluate your goal achievement, give yourself feedback. Recognize success and pat yourself on the back, no matter how small the success. If you have a problem, write down what you can do in the next week to overcome it? Write down your three goals for the next week. Repeat every week.
