Because of this many doctors recommend that people work regularly and also play sports in their spare time. In the last decade, heart disease has increased from 35% to 70%. In recent years, most of the children are born with diseases, from their parents’ health and bad lifestyle. So at this time it is necessary to follow some rules so that our health and our youth will be healthy.

Health is nothing but keeping our body clean with healthy diet like regular exercise. First of all, a normal run of 2 km is enough for a person of a middle age. During the time of school to college everyone is involved in one or the other sports, but when people look for work they forget about health and soon they will be busy in their work. One should consult their doctor every 3-4 months for regular checkups. They should not be stressed – if they feel stressed they should practice yoga every day, so that their blood pressure will be normal. Also it will cause them to have high blood pressure or hypo, which will cause heart attack. Most of the companies in America and the rest of the world have hired nutritionists, physical therapists, and well-being doctors to take care of their employees.

The next thing I want to talk about is nutrition because the food we eat is responsible for all the fats, carbohydrates, proteins and necessary enzymes that will help in energy conversion or use in the human body. We must follow a strict diet by avoiding unhealthy foods that are available in the market. A recent study said that most of the people get sick from eating unhealthy food. A diet that is low in fat is recommended because by eating high fat content the fat will accumulate in the arteries and veins in the human body causing high blood pressure which will cause heart disease. To reduce the fat in the human body we should eat less oil or cheese or butter in our diet by controlling the fat in the human body. Regular exercise will help control the fat in the human body.

By playing sports it will be a good exercise in the human body. Swimming is also a good sport. We should maintain our body weight according to our height. There we can reduce our health problems for the most part. I conclude my discussion on the above topic by saying that regular exercise or yoga and a strict diet and playing sports and regular check-ups we can make our healthy body after all the old saying “Health is Health”.
